This backplane extension cable is part of the Modicon X80 range, an offer of common input/output for Modicon M340 and Modicon M580. This cordset can be used between 2 BMXXBE1000 rack expansion modules. Modicon X80 provides a single environment for the deployment of I/O modules in automation architectures by reducing spare parts inventory, maintenance and training costs. It is equipped with 2 x 9-way SUB-D connectors for electrical connection. The cordset has a weigh of 0.650kg and measures 5m. This product meets the needs of our customers from Smart Infrastructure, Water and Waste Water, Consumer Packaged Goods, Mining Minerals Metals, Data centers and Power generation. Modicon X80 consists in a compatible modules common platform that reduce maintenance and training costs with same spare parts in stock, and unique training for different Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC). Modicon X80 provides a single environment for the deployment of I/O modules in automation architectures by reducing spare parts inventory, maintenance and training costs.
