Yes, the HMIG5U2 does comes with Vijeo Designer Runtime pre-installed on the Windows image.
You will see 3 shortcut icons on the desktop named:
Vijeo Designer Runtime (the HMI software itself)
Vijeo Designer Runtime Manage (sets the state of automatic run on startup of Windows)
Vijeo Designer Runtime Recovery Tool (allows upgrading Vijeo Designer Runtime via download from a PC when this application is launched)
The only software license needed to be purchased is Vijeo Designer v6.2 to configure the HMIG5U2 with Part Numbers:

VJDSUDTGAV62M - Single license with XBTZG935 USB cable
VJDGNDTGSV62M - Group license
VJDTNDTGSV62M - Team license
VJDFNDTGSV62M - Facility license
VJDUPDTGAV62M - Update license
Note: If you are using the HMIG5U2 with SoMachine, there are some extra steps required to enable the SoMachine (CoDeSys) Gateway service.
