This electronic valve driver is part of Modicon M171/M172/M173 range, a control offer for HVAC/Pumping applications. It is a superheat EEVD for single valves. It has 2 digital inputs (volt-free), 4 analog inputs (2x NTC, 2x PT1000), 2 digital outputs (1 open collector, 1 SPST). It is designed to maintain the refrigerant superheat at the evaporator outlet around the desired value (superheat set point). Its rated supply voltage is24VAC/DC. It has 1 Modbus serial link - RS485 communication port. It measures 70.2mm wide, 87mm high, and 61.6mm deep, and weighs 0.190kg. It controls the flow of refrigerant entering a direct expansion evaporator. It has an 18-month warranty. It is compatible with controllers type M171, M172, and M173, a screw terminal block, and a battery backup device. It is sold in a 1-piece package. It is designed for 35mm rail mounting.
