Altivar Machine ATV320 range is an offer of variable speed drives designed for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This ATV320 drive can feed single-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors. It works at a rated power up to 1.1kW, and a rated voltage from 200V to 240V. Altivar high IP offers washable drives for harsh environments, if users want to clean the dust and chemical pollution outside of drives. It is delivered without fan, with embedded EMC C2 filter and it provides IP66 protection. It integrates as standard Modbus and CANopen communication protocols with access via the RJ45 connector on the front of the drive. It weighs 7.4kg. The drive software includes 5 safety functions that help machines meet safety requirements. These safety functions are configured using SoMove software. This Altivar Machine ATV320 is designed for conveyors, carton packers, gantry cranes, woodworking, metal processing, fans, Food & Beverage industry. It conforms to IEC, UL, TUV, KC and other international standards. EcoStruxure Machine software compatibility enables developping, configuring and commissioning the entire machine in a single software environment, including logic, motion control, HMI and related network automation functions. It is delivered in 2 packages. ATV320 can be installed alone or side by side in a multi-drive configuration. The Altivar Machine ATV320 series focus on easy integration for simple and advanced machine requirements with proven motor control and connectivity. ATV320 drives are specifically designed for material handling, packaging, textiles, hoisting, mechanical actuators, and material working.
