The Modicon M262 distributed PAC module is part of the EcoStructure Automation Expert hardware controller range. It is an optimised dPAC controller that supports Modicon TM3 I/O catalog. The controller carries up to 448 discrete I/O channels, 112 analog I/O channels and 14 (7 local + 7 remote) Modicon TM3 bus expansion modules. Modicon M262 dPAC is the controller for medium size machines and distributed processes. It embeds both OPC UA client and server to ease its vertical and horizontal integration in the architectures. It is powered with a non-isolated 24V DC power supply, has a built-in overload protection, embeds a dual-core processor and a 256MB memory capacity, and reaches a 5ns per instruction performance. This logic controller has two communication buses (Ethernet TCP/IP and Serial), one I/O bus, and one I/O port. It weighs 0.655kg (1.444lb). Certified with CE, cULus HazLoc, RCM. Conform to IEC/EN 61131-2, UL 61010-1, UL 61010-2-201, ANSI/ISA 12.12.01-2007, CSA C22.2 No.213. This controller supports Modicon TM3 I/O expansion modules. Modicon M262 logic controller installs on 35mm DIN rail with Clip-on locks.
